Community Guidelines

Braap is for finding people to ride with. These are the rules for everyone on it — they're the same ones in section 5 of our Terms of Service, which are the binding version.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive riders.

No warnings for anything on this list — accounts that post it get removed.

Don't post or send:

• Harassment, threats, or attacks on people for who they are.
• Sexual content or nudity.
• Violence, gore, or anything encouraging self-harm.
• Encouragement to ride dangerously or illegally — racing, running from police, riding drunk.
• Spam, scams, or ads.
• Other people's private information, or pretending to be someone else.

Also don't scrape the app, take it apart, or attack it.

Anything that sexualises or exploits a child is also reported to the authorities — see our Child Safety Standards.

How we enforce this

• Report any rider, ride or message from inside the app. Tell us what's wrong — we act on what you write in the reason.
• We review reports and act within 24 hours, by removing the content, the account, or both.
• Block any rider from their profile. It works both ways and it's absolute: their profile, rides and messages vanish from your app, and yours from theirs.
• Or email [email protected] if something needs attention faster.

We can remove content or accounts without notice. We don't check everything before it's posted.
